Abstract: The study aims to develop and validate an integrated framework for assessing urban flood risks, addressing the limitations of current methods. It seeks to incorporate a multidisciplinary approach, combining hydrological data, urban infrastructure analysis, socio-economic factors, and climate change projections to provide a comprehensive assessment of flood risks in urban areas.
