Abstract: Planning and designing a residential colony involve integrating functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and community well-being into a cohesive layout. This project focuses on creating a comprehensive plan for a residential colony, considering key factors such as site analysis, infrastructure development and zoning. Green spaces, and compliance with local regulations. The design aims to balance residential density with open spaces, ensure efficient traffic management, and provide essential amenities such as schools, healthcare facilities and recreational areas. Sustainable practices, including rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient systems, and waste management, are incorporated to minimize environmental impact. Additionally, the project emphasizes safety, accessibility and inclusivity to cater to diverse demographics. The outcome is a blueprint for a harmonious and resilient community that aligns with modern urban planning principles while addressing the needs of future resident.
