Abstract: This study explores the use of topology optimization and 3D printing techniques to design and fabricate efficient three-branch joints in structures inspired by the branching patterns of trees. The aim is to enhance the structural integrity and material efficiency of these joints, which are critical in complex architectural designs and engineering applications.
